Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 30 be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 30 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 30 Relating to epidemiological and quarantine services in ports of entry in the state, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: HJR 30 Third Reading - Final Passage YEAS: 19 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Frank, Halford, Jacko, Kelly, Kerttula, Leman, Lincoln, Little, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Salo, Sharp, Taylor, Zharoff Excused: Adams 1994-02-22 Senate Journal Page 2917 HJR 30 and so, HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 30 passed the Senate, was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House.
